Alice Springs has some amazing brunch spots, check out our recommendations below.

1. Page 27

Located down a hidden laneway in Todd Mall, Page 27 is protected from the sun in Summer and cozy and warm with outdoor heaters in Winter. You really can’t go wrong! Not to mention, their many delicious vegetarian options, cold-pressed juices and all-day breakfast menu.

Open weekdays 7am-2pm and weekends 7:30am-2pm.

Must try: Siracha Chilli Eggs

2. Coolamon Cafe

Head out to the Desert Park for the Coolamon Cafe. Check out their freshly baked treats, and enjoy sipping your barista made coffee surrounded by the park’s natural beauty (and maybe a lizard or two). Many of their recipes feature Australian bush foods.

Open daily, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Must try: Bush Tomato Shakshuka

3. The Bakery

Simple name, simple premise, but their pastries are far from simple. Craving some sourdough? Cinnamon scrolls? A decadent cheesecake? The Bakery does it all. Weekly specials feature seasonal fruits, such as this week’s star fruit custard tarts with locally grown bush-lime jelly. Their apprentice also recently won Gold at the World Skills NT Regional Baking Competition.

Open 7am-2pm Wednesday-Friday and 7am-12pm on weekends.

Must try: best Portugese tarts in Australia (in my humble opinion)
